If you are looking to promote chamber works, you might want to check out Composer's Voice, especially if you are in New York City. Vox Novus puts on a chamber concert series at Jan Hus church on the last Sunday of every month. (And a few more here and there when we get the chance) If you are in the neighborhood some check it out and say “hello”; it would be great to see you there.
You can see more about Composer's Voice here:

A new chamber music project of Vox Novus is Fifteen Minutes of Fame; where we call for one minute chamber music works for specific musicians. The works get premiered on Composer’s Voice. You can check out the current calls for works here:
http://www.voxnovus.com/15_Minutes_of_Fame/calls.htm

If you have electro-acoustic, electronic, acousmatic, computer music, or other recorded works, you might want to check out 60x60:
http://www.voxnovus.com/60x60
60x60 is a far reaching project which has promoted more than 2000 composers to audiences throughout the world.

Meanwhile I strongly suggest that you join the Vox Novus mailing list.
